@ goal

This past weekend meeting was a long time coming.  Although people say it's good to go slow, I think I could have achieved the destination sooner.  Maintenance is the next hurdle.  I have come a long way, since the first big loss.  For one thing am still following the program and am trying to go to the gym on a regular basis. 
  Before I could not believe I'd achieved this massive loss and thought I'd never be able to maintain it, I went back to my bad habit's almost immediatley.  This time I hope it will be different.
